Being hungry late at night in Victoria is not a pleasant thing. Most late-night places say they're open 'til a certain time, but then you go and they're closed. So it's always best to call these places if you want to avoid walking around and getting frustrated.
The only three places you're really gonna be able to find food for sure downtown are Paul's Motor Inn, which is open 24/7, the Mint, which is open 'til 3am, and check out the convenience stores page for places that are guaranteed open 24/7.

QV's Cafe & Bakery (closed between 4am and 6am)
The only thing here worth eating is their sandwiches, which are actually quite good, and made right in front of you. One of the more comfortable places to eat late at night.

A definite favourite, this place is home to some fabulous pizza at great prices and they’re licensed to serve beer!

They’ve been voted Best Pizza in Victoria, and offer some great pizzas if you’re looking for a change from the norm.Huge slices for $4.

Now with two locations: One in Market Square and a newer one at Sussex Place. For a good, more substantial slice.

Pita Pit (kick-ass wraps 'till late)
Paul's Motor Inn restaurant (greasy diner food 24 hours)
Keep going down Douglas out of town, it's about six blocks from Pandora. Great western food, 24 hours a day. This is the only completely reliable place to find food anytime you need it.
