Booking Information
- Choose a suite that meets your needs and strikes your fancy. If you’re in Victoria you can arrange to view a suite by calling our office (250-385-1785, 10:30am to 5:30pm any day) or by email (link to contact page).
- Read and sign our guest agreement. If you can’t visit us to do this, we can email or fax you a copy to fill out and return to us.
- Pay the deposit (first month’s rent) to secure your suite. Your suite is not reserved until this has been received.
- On your move in day, you can pick up your keys and pay the required security deposit (half a month’s rent) at our main location (791 Pandora Avenue), just 10 minutes from the Garden Suites location.
- Security deposit refunds are ready for pickup or for mail out, as a cheque, three business days after the move out date specified in your rental agreement.
