3 Hour Sail
Oi Guests pay $60 + tax per person. Regular price is $69. A daily three hour sail around Victoria and the Strait of Juan de Fuca on a 17 meter tall ship called Thane. Guests are welcome to bring along a picnic. . Alcohol is permitted but drunkeness is frowned upon. They provide all warm and wet weather gear, coolers, ice, glasses, openers and sunscreen. The sailing times are super flexible but often either 11am / 1pm / 3pm. However we will need to call ahead!

Blackfish Wilderness Expeditions
Blackfish features a variety of marine wildlife tours around Oak Bay, the “wild side of Victoria. They offer tours of the Discovery and Chatham Island archipelago Islands in a unique 45’ cedar strip Giant Canoe (motorized) which the Tour Operator built especially for these waters. Hostel prices range from $35. to $50. A variety of Kayak tours of Oak Bay and Islands are also offered, starting as low as $40. And if you haven’t tried sailing, a “hands-on” introduction to sailing is offered on their 35’ Beneteau sloop (for up to 6 persons) for $75.. Captain Al, a CYA Instructor will take you out into surrounding waters and teach you all you need to know to sail on your own – well almost!.

Victoria Kayak
Offers a standby discount on their Harbour to Seal Island tours. Approximately a 2.5 hour paddle departing from the Inner Harbour. Reg $59.00 adults but for OI guests $50.
