Group Cancellation Policy

Any reservation request for more than 6 people is considered a large group reservation.
Large group reservations must be paid in advance. Our office staff will send you an email request for the funds via Paypal for the total amount. You do not need to have a Paypal account to process this payment; you'll simply need to follow the correct link to pay with a credit card. Please note that a fee is added to the deposit amount to cover our costs (3.25% for groups reservations up to $300, 3% for those $300 or more).

Large group bookings have a two-week cancellation policy. If you cancel your group booking more than 2 weeks in advance, we will refund your payment. If you cancel less than 14 days before your scheduled arrival, your payment will not be refunded.
