Monthly rooms and suites availability

Rooms availability is updated every 1-2 days, call or visit us to see exact availability. Rooms for rent are posted on the 12th of each month for the 1st of the next month and rented soon after that... especially the good ones.

Renting info details

• Rates are for one person. 2nd person is an additional $50 for a full month, or $30 for a half-month. This does not apply to Suite rentals.
• We update the list of available rooms every month on the 12th, for the next month's rentals. We often have rooms available for rent from the middle of the month to the end. There's no specific date that this list is made available.
• All rooms require a damage deposit which is equal to half of one month’s rent unless otherwise specified.
• Some pets are accepted at the Suites at an additional charge. Click here for our pet policy.
