Rooms availability is updated every 1-2 days, call or visit us to see exact availability. Rooms for rent are posted on the 5th of each month for the 1st of the next month and rented soon after that... especially the good ones!

Renting info details

Rates are for one person. 2nd person is an additional $50 for a full month, or $30 for a half-month. This does not apply to Suite rentals.
We update the list of available rooms every month on the 5th, for the next month's rentals. We often have rooms available for rent from the middle of the month to the end. There's no specific date that this list is made available.
There is also a security deposit required for each room of $250 for a full month (excluding Mini Single Rooms, which is $100) and $100 for a half month.
